• You must sign a one year agreement for CustomerReach™ service reminders and be current in your payments.
• If after three months of CustomerReach™ mailings, you are not satisfied with the performance of the mailings for any reason, infoLAB will . . .
  • Refund all monies paid to infoLAB, with the exception of postage (which the government insists on keeping)
  • Cancel the remaining months on the one year agreement
• Postage cost is defined as the published first class postcard rate at the time of the mailings as found at www.usps.com.
• This offer is void if your accounts are delinquent.
• infoLAB is not liable for any other costs for any reason.
