In 1994, infoLAB was founded with a simple idea in mind: to help businesses increase the return on their marketing investment. Since that time, we have helped thousands of businesses increase sales, profits, and customer loyalty. We are experts at “trade area” marketing for all types of locally-based businesses and specialize in marketing programs for auto service and tire dealers.

 

Mike Duika, Chairman

Mike is a co-founder of infoLAB. His 35 years of experience spans publishing, information management and marketing services. This includes client as well as supplier side responsibilities which has broadened his perspective. Mike has a passion for consumer marketing and the media options available to influence and promote products and services. He constantly is looking for new marketing and media methods that we can offer to our customers.  

Frank Martin, President

Frank is a co-founder of infoLAB. His 30 years of experience spans research, information management and marketing services. His has a no-nonsense data-driven approach to marketing. He insists that every marketing program be measured and only the successful be offered to infoLAB’s customers. Frank has continuously sought out innovative methods and applications and has individually and collectively pioneered industry approaches still in use today.

Craig Clark, COO

Craig has been with infoLAB since 2006. His entrepreneurial background spans over 20 years of success in IT outsourcing, internet retail sales, insurance, and auto service. His experience is critical in the development of infoLAB’s cutting edge technologies in print production, reporting, and customer database deployment. Craig is constantly looking for new technologies that will increase the number of effective, affordable marketing options for our customers.
